Granola, Açai bowls, Protein Pancakes,

Savoury Toast & Oats in all shapes

Açai bowl with homemade granola

What you need

For the Açai:

1 cup frozen berries


1tsp agave/maple syrup

For the granola:
(1 batch)


1 pack oats (I used GF)
 
200g mixed nuts & seeds of your choice

3 tbsp peanut butter
 
2 tbsp tahini
 
Agave syrup to taste


Berries of choice to serve


 

How to prepare it:
 
The Açai:

Blend the frozen berries with the agave syrup at high speed then add to a serving bowl.

The granola:

Add the oats and blended nuts to a large bowl. In a different bowl mix together the wet ingredients then fold into the dry ingredients, mixing with your hand.
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment paper lined tray and press firmly together with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180° , breaking and flipping the granola pieces over halfway through.

Add the cooled off granola and berries on top of the Açai bowl and serve.
