Why plants?
Ever since I transitioned to a plant based diet 7 years ago, I started getting more creative and found a deeper passion for cooking and baking. My recipes are all about getting all of your macronutrients needs met whilst also pleasing your senses - healthy food doesn't have to taste or look boring and I'm here to help you discover that!
"What if I'm not vegan?"
Plant based food is for everyone, no matter what your dietary preferences are: More energy, less cholesterol, less calories, no more brain fog, a healthier heart and mind altogether are only a few of the benefits you get from eating vegan. But if all you're looking for is recipe ideas, all protein sources can simply be replaced with a different source of your preference.
