Granola, Açai bowls, Protein Pancakes,

Savoury Toast & Oats in all shapes

Banana Waffles with yogurt & berries





What you need:

2 large ripe bananas

200g flour

1/4 cup oil (I used sunflower)

1/2 cup plant milk (I used almond)

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt, cinnamon and cardamom





 





How to prepare it:

Using a fork, mash the bananas in a bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients except for the flour.

In a different bowl, mix the baking soda into the flour, then add this mixture into the wet mixture, stirring again with the fork.

Apply a thin layer of oil to the hot waffle iron then add about 2-3 tbsp of the mixture right in the centre. Cook until golden brown and enjoy!

They can be served with yogurt and berries, maple syrup or just icing sugar.
