Chocolate, PB & Salt Protein Balls

What you need
200g oat flour (I used gluten free oats blended into flour)
200g almond flour
4 scoops chocolate flavored protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
70g Hazelnuts
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup sweetener (I used BiotechUsa zerosyrup but you can use honey/ agave)
1 cup almond milk
1 bar of Lindt smooth cooking dark chocolate
Sea salt
How to prepare it
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, while separately mixing all the wet ingredients in a different bowl.
Place the hazelnuts on a plate and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes for light roasting and enhancing their flavor.
Shape your dough into balls and add one hazelnut in the centre of each.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and add in the microwave for 2-4 minutes checking melting level halfway through by lightly stirring with a spoon - you want to still have a few unmelted chunks when taken out of the microwave that will melt with the heat of the bowl if you stir for less than a minute - overheating can otherwise cause the chocolate to burn.
Coat the protein balls in dark chocolate then add the sea salt.
Let harden at room temperature for 20 minutes then enjoy!
Can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
