spiced apple
porridge

What you need:
1 cup plant milk (I used almond)
1 apple
3/4 cup oats (I used GF)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp peanut butter (optional)
Agave/maple syrup to taste (1-2 tsp)
400kcal
(peanut butter included)
How to prepare it:
Add the milk to a small pot and bring it to a boil. Add the oats in, stirring for 3-5 mins until cooked, then add the turmeric, ginger, 1/2 of the cinnamon powder and 1 tsp agave syrup then pour into a bowl.
In a different bowl, add 1 apple cut into small pieces, along with the rest of the cinnamon and 1tsp of agave syrup. Mix and microwave for 2 minutes until the apple is cooked - you can also cook in a small pan if you don't want to use the microwave. Remove, mix well and your apple sauce is ready.
Add the apple sauce to your bowl along with your peanut butter and enjoy!
