Healthy breakfasts

Granola, Açai bowls, Protein Pancakes,

Savoury Toast & Oats in all shapes

Tofu toast:
Sweet
or
Savory

Savory

What you need:

250g firm tofu
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Dried herbs (I used an Italian mix, you can use chives)
To serve:  Olive oil, tomatoes

How to make it:

Blend all ingredients together at high speed until completely smooth. Serve on toasted sourdough bread with olive oil on top and slices of tomato.


Sweet

What you need:

250g firm tofu
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 drop vanilla essence
5 pecan nuts

To serve: 1/2 nectarine, 5 pecan nuts, 2 tbsp agave syrup

Blend all ingredients together and process until very smooth. Separately in a pan, add a sliced 1/2 of a nectarine with chopped pecans and agave syrup. Cook until nectarine is sticky and golden on the sides. Spread the sweet cream cheese on freshly toasted sourdough bread, add the sticky nectarine slices and enjoy!
